SAMPLE ROOM & MATERIAL PREPARATION
Before bulk production, the team reviews your reference, tech pack, intended campaign, quantity and target cost, then confirms materials, structure, logo application and packing direction.
Photo, sample or tech pack translated into measurable construction details.
Fabric, lining, zippers, foam, insulation and components matched to use and cost.
Screen print, embroidery, heat transfer or woven labels reviewed against the selected surface.
Measurements, function, workmanship and packaging references aligned before bulk.




SEWING & ASSEMBLY
Totes, cooler and lunch bags, duffels, business backpacks, cosmetic-makeup bags, toiletry bags and waist-fanny bags require different handling of panels, lining, handles, insulation and compartments.
Panels, pockets, lining and compartments follow the approved sample.
Handles, shoulder straps and load-bearing positions are reviewed for the intended use.
PU, PEVA, foil and foam directions are coordinated for cooler and lunch bag programs.
Logo position, size, color and label requirements follow approved artwork.





INSPECTION & PACKING
Finished bags are reviewed against the approved sample and buyer requirements to reduce avoidable shipment risk.
Dimensions, shape, color, cleanliness and visible workmanship.
Zippers, handles, straps, pockets, lining and insulation.
Artwork position, application quality, woven labels, hangtags and barcodes.
Packing method, quantity per carton, buyer marks and shipment readiness.
