QC SYSTEM OVERVIEW

INCOMING MATERIAL INSPECTION
Material direction is checked against the approved sample, buyer specification and intended use before it enters bulk production. Where market-specific evidence is needed, relevant material test reports are available on request.
Canvas, cotton, polyester 210D–600D, recycled rPET, nylon, non-woven, Oxford and coated directions reviewed for color and condition.
Size, color direction, smooth operation and puller condition reviewed.
PU, PEVA, foil, foam and lining condition matched to cooler, lunch or organizer construction.
Woven labels, webbing, handles and hardware reviewed against approved details.
IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
During pattern preparation, sewing and assembly, production is reviewed against confirmed measurements, construction and logo requirements.
Bag panels and paper patterns are checked against confirmed dimensions.
Visible alignment, thread tension and workmanship are reviewed during sewing.
Handles, shoulder straps and load-bearing positions follow the approved construction.
Screen print, embroidery, heat transfer and woven-label placement follow approved artwork.



FINAL INSPECTION & PACKING
Finished bags are reviewed against the approved sample and buyer requirements before shipment preparation.
Shape, color, cleanliness, visible workmanship and confirmed measurements.
Zippers, handles, straps, pockets, lining, insulation and hardware.
Artwork position, application quality, woven labels, hangtags and barcodes.
Packing method, quantity per carton, buyer marks and shipment readiness.
Confirmed requirements and approved reference remain available for the final review.
Project-specific tolerances and inspection points are reviewed when supplied before production.
